Concentrated know-how for wind energy.Emerson presents wide range of products for the first time at the EWEA.
The EWEA in Brussels marks the first time that the globally operating technology Group Emerson will offer a comprehensive insight into its wide range of products for the wind energy sector at a leading international trade fair.
On their 60 m2 stand in Hall 7, wind energy specialists SSB Wind Systems GmbH & Co. KG, Jaure S.A., Emerson Network Power China Co., Ltd and Emerson Process Management Power & Water Solutions will highlight the potential of Emerson in this sector. The German company SSB Wind Systems is a leading provider of electrical pitch systems for wind turbines (WTGs). Jaure, based in Spain, produces couplings for WTGs. Emerson Network Power China, with headquarters in China, specializes in converters and Emerson Power and Water Solutions offers control software for WTGs.
These four companies together with Leroy Somer, a provider for generators and drives not represented at the fair, enable Emerson to supply nearly the entire range of electrical systems for WTGs as well as additional mechanical components, such as couplings. The exhibitors on stand 7519 in Hall 7 represent a cross section of the Group’s service portfolio, which includes additional companies relevant to the wind energy industry.
As an internationally operating company, Emerson is represented in all wind energy relevant markets. Last year alone, the Emerson Group opened two new representative offices in China and Korea and a service support center for WTGs in the Bay of Bengal, India.
Not only do Emerson customers profit from the company’s worldwide presence and the resulting high quality and speedy availability of WTG technologies and expertise. They also benefit from the synergies and consequent exchange of know-how between individual companies in the Group, all of which are highly specialized in the area of wind energy. Emerson’s presence at the EWEA trade fair once again demonstrates the Group’s strength as a technology partner for manufacturers of wind turbine generator systems at an international level. |
